@Cow1919 I don't think anyone is ever hated by everyone. Not even the most vile ruthless person in history.

@Cow1919 Hmmm. I think everyone hates someone on some level, but I don't think everyone hates everyone on some level. I know several people that I don't have one iota of annoyance towards, and I only rate a 3 on the spiritual scale from one to ten.
