No, but I've been that person. Some people won't go away, even if you never have anything to talk about, and its easier than actually having to talk to them.

@VolpeTredici Unless that person was family or a close personal friend, I'd be ignoring them, not responding, until they give up, or blocking.

@Serenitree I don't generally do that to people i consider to be good people. It would have to be a particularly bad case. Just because we have nothing to talk about, doesn't mean i don't like them. Plus, it takes a only a few second to hit "share" and pick a contact.
Having said that, they usually get tired of just media, and eventually stop talking.
