Just read an article that said the snap program found over 1 billion dollars in fraudulent claims, anyone believe that.

Without a link we're left to either do our own research or just draw conclusions without doing that. I'm feeling lazy, I'll conclude that your headline is a misrepresentation of a news release about 1 billion people applying and being turned down because they don't qualify.
