I attribute those qualities to anyone who seeks State or national political office. They are all like that, thing is with Trump is he embraces it and celebrates it so people can't hide from it or pretend it's not like that as easily with him.

All of them are megalomaniacs and narcissists. One has to be to want to do it.

@MethDozer Point taken, yet he relishes and revels in it. His goes to the point where it makes governing a circus, a sad, horrific circus.

@frequentlyme It is and always has been a circus. The only thing different to me about him is people can't delude themselves away from that fact as easily any more. It's not that things are all that different with him, his "paintjob" just isn't as pretty.
@MethDozer You say “paint job”. I say “diplomacy”—and it has its place. People let Trump get away with saying things that would’ve gotten his predecessor assassinated. 😞

@MethDozer I totally disagree with you. LBJ and Nixon could be a major asshats in public, and even they had more sense of decorum than Trump does.
And as for “assassination” I know you’re not inclined to get that. But I look at all the times the Secret Service “dropped the ball” during Obama’s administration, including the former police officer who was simply dismissed for “joking” about “accidentally shooting Michelle in the head”. 😳

@bijouxbroussard Nothing wrong with disagreeing. Though I'm admitting sense ans decorum s what is lacking. I'm talking about actual actions and things beyond that. The lack of sense and decorum is the "paintjob" I'm referring to.

I'll agree to disagree.
