Is there anything you do compulsively?

I have to wash my hands directly after i eat something, unless it literally didn't touch my hands at all, not even like a droplet. And my significant other too if it's a hand held food. Like people who eat chips and don't wash their hands, like what's wrong with you your getting grease everywhere

I always used to have to let myself back into the house to make sure that the gas hob isn't on, but this followed an incident where someone left it on (but unlit) while we went on holiday. We came back in the dark and thankfully had the presence of mind to smell the gas and not turn any of the electric lights on.

@GlassDog that's scary. One time my friends cat walked on the gas stove and turned some of the knobs to release just gas. Luckily we smelled it because we all smoked

@somethingIsuppose Ha! Cats are amazing for that. My ex's cat used to turn the taps on, and was always walking on the piano and playing a cat tune.

@GlassDog a few of the reasons I'm a dog person

@somethingIsuppose Me too. I just seem to end up with cat women for some reason. And it never works out.

@GlassDog I actually posted athing once that said i think it's something to look at in relationships cat vs dog person and for music if the person is a lyric person or musical composition
GlassDog · 46-50, M
@somethingIsuppose I think there's definitely something in it in cats versus dogs because I think dog owners want to give and receive love and cat owners seem less inclined to. I couldn't comment on the music, though, as I play piano and the composition is important to me, but I'm also really irritated by poor lyrics. I want a song to be as good as poetry.

@GlassDog I agree the first days a lot more about the person. But I'm a lyric person and my gf is all about the composition so we don't always have the same taste in music

@somethingIsuppose I guess there are places where your tastes overlap, though. If it's good lyrically and good composition, it's probably the same kind of things I like because I do need both.

@GlassDog yea I agree
