First off, thank you very much for your service! Secondly, I think Carmel by the sea, is a gorgeous place to live, it has the best combination of evergreens and beautiful views of the ocean. The environment is both serene and beautiful!

@Coyotedave611 You are welcome, I have never heard of this place can you tell me more please and what major city is it close to?
Coyotedave611 · M
@Capt11 Monterey California, (closest city) also, San Francisco. Both are charming in their own way.😜

I would have to agree I took my 1st drink in San Francisco CA. San Francisco was one of the most unique cities I have ever been to. You could have a church a school on the same street and on the next block there could be an adult club and other interesting venues. That part of the country is very beautiful but extremely expensive to live there am I correct?

@Capt11 Yes, I'm afraid so, in fact, one of the most expensive in the world, however, if you ever have the chance you should try to take a vacation there as I did. There is so much to do and see and most of the places are free. You won't be sorry sir!

I definitely will consider that. You make it seem so peaceful elegant and serene. People outside of California do not take the time to view that state like that. I would love to take my motorcycle up the coast I hear it is majestic. I also think Virginia is the only other state that has as many vineyards as California but I am not sure. It has been a pleasure speaking with you I hope you have a great day and please feel free to say hello from time to time.

@Capt11 Thank you very much Sir, I would be honored to be your friend. I too have greatly enjoyed visiting with you. Hope you do get to take a bike ride to the place I mentioned.😜
