Keeping your third eye open?

I know how to open my third eye but haven't had the chance to go in depth about it like awaken or keep the third eye open. How do you know if you're third eye is open and How do you keep it open Without meditating the whole time??

I was born with mine open. Im empathic. I can see with my eyes closed lol

@SW-User That happens when you open it, so you are saying if you can see without you're eyes open your third eye is active. Now the next question is how do you keep it open afterwords..?
