what do you do when you can't sleep but you need to sleep?

it's 2am and i gotta do a metric shitton of laundry tomorrow so i need sleep help

I trick myself ....I tell myself i gotta go up and get ready 2 go out ....And i automaticly get sleepy 😂😂😂 just like when the alarm rings and you wanna sleep more 👌🏽
