My job can be mentally stressful at times. And some customers can be stupid. And then I have to catch myself and not say anything sarcastic. At times it physically hurts me to hold in my sarcasm.

@SW-User Then they want to be rude. One guy wanted to cash a check for two thousand dollars. He didn't have but only 14.00 in his account. Rules are, if you want to cash a check that's not drawn on us, you need to have what that check is worth in your account. He rudely said "I'm not understanding why I can't cash it if I have a damn account here". I had to stop myself from saying "BECAUSE YOUR ASS IS BROKE, THAT'S WHY!!" But I calmly told him that "You don't have 2k in your account to cover this check if it comes back. So we can deposit to and hold it until it clears, but I can't cash it or give you immediate credit for it. I apologize". He took It and left... ugh..
