If you feel threatened by someone, how long should you wait to get a temporary restraining order?
If somebody waits an entire month after the incident, isn't there something phony about that? That the person wasn't really afraid?

@MistyCee Nope. Someone took out a protection order against me and waited a month after the incident. He got the protection order easily.
@flipper1966 that sucks. Sounds like a lazy judge

@MistyCee Now my Second Amendment rights have been infringed because under federal law I can't buy a gun for a 5 year period. And the order expired a year ago!!
