A solution for an injury I suffered months ago. The pain is horrible and I would have imagined I wouldn't be aching till I was in my 60s or 80s
(horrible ankle sprain-that could have been a broken bone) and then there's the back- ugh...

@Barelygettingby I fell off the latter during winter and had to crawl into the house. I didn't go to a doctor just took pain pills and roughed it.
I am hoping to go to a masseuse so they can realign the nerves that are knotted and pinched in a couple of days. I really hope I can go back to running farther and practice powerlifting. I miss it tbh. I've had to stop doing that for a while 😞
