What is your night time monster ?

I dont know how this started but for as long as i could remember i have always been a little scared of the dark. When i am in the dark outside or inside alone i feel like something is fallowing me or watching me . but the thing is you cant run from it you have to walk if you run it will come after you. So i have to walk as calmly as i can to where i am going . its seriously the scariest thing ever cus i always want to run but i dont cus if i do then it has reason to come after me ....anyone else have this or is it just me. That has a made up monster(s).sometimes i feel like it is right on my heals or breathing in my ear just trying to get me to run so it can get me .
