I have a cold AGAIN

Can't get comfortable anywhere, can't taste anything or hear myself and the PHLEGM 😠.I can't even take any cold medicine because I'm pregnant. UGH 😭😭😭

The safe list for pregnancy is:
Bendadryl
Sudafed
Claritin

You can get house brands/generics of those. The pharmacist will help you. In the meantime, things like steam, gargling with salt water and Neti pots work
