I have a cold AGAIN
Can't get comfortable anywhere, can't taste anything or hear myself and the PHLEGM 😠.I can't even take any cold medicine because I'm pregnant. UGH 😭😭😭

@JustLikeGreta Thanks for that reminder. Chicken soup does work. The theory is it increases nasal flow. So do Ghost Peppers but that's another story
