When’s the best time to run? Is it morning or night?

Planning on running in the morning 😩🤮🏃🏼‍♀️ But it’s still gonna be dark. Guess I’ll have to bring some sort of weapon with me.

I prefer running in the afternoon after work. But morning or night sounds good as well

@xRedx I did too but my job is really active and I walk about 10 miles a day at work so I’m thinking about running in the morning so I don’t make excuses when I finish work.

@lucetta12 yeah same here. I'm constantly moving at work. But I'd rather do my workout as soon as I can. That way I have the evening free.
