When’s the best time to run? Is it morning or night?

Planning on running in the morning 😩🤮🏃🏼‍♀️ But it’s still gonna be dark. Guess I’ll have to bring some sort of weapon with me.

i would say morning. exercise before bed can be too energizing.

bring pepper spray and a knife. make sure you know how to handle the knife and spray.
