True or false: anytime someone asks you if they can ask you a question it's bound to be awkward, uncomfortable or weird?

I can't remember a time where someone asked me if they can ask me something and it was something I actually liked or wanted lol

Yea usually lol it always annoys me too. Especially when ur texting and u have to wait a while for the question, like why not jus come out n say it, i hate being left hanging.
