It's impossible to screw up making mashed potatoes right

actually, easy to mess 'em up … warming 'em up in skillet could burn … pouring milk in that has already spoiled … putting in too much salt … forgetting to refrigerate the concoction after the meal [i](tomorrow's left-overs)[/i] … etc.

and the worst screw-up? using powder-potato or instant-milk … least that's my perspective.

in hindsight … i like mine with potato-skins inside the concoction … which introduces another variable … making sure the potatoes have been properly washed with stiff brush before cooking.
