Can people talk to me or do my age settings not permit it?
There are many profiles I can’t view due to my age settings and I was wondering if people can still message me or if, due to my settings (or theirs) that’s not permitted.

yeah i can message you fine
it only gets blocked if they chose to block your age group i think or you block for their age group
