Now or later?

My dad and i generally get along but he's quite strict and i dont really agree with him a lot of the time. He was arguing with me about respect and he got really in my face so i pushed him (into a wall) then left. Im guessing that hes kinda mad so do i give apologise now or wait for him to calm down??
