Why do i getva warning for inappropriate profile pic for showing my naked butt when others show way more

Other members show way more and to be honest a naked backside is not grounds for a warning for nudity etc..
When one guy has a full erection on his profile pic i feel the moderators are nit picking to the nth degree in some cases

The moderators do not report - they only react to reports. You caught someone's attention that reported you. And nudity isn't needed in avatar pics. Control yourself and report those who don't - like the dude with the full erection you're complaining about.

@braveheart21 All of this because of a pic of a bare bottom. Technically I suppose it is nudity, but then so is a foot without a shoe and sock!
If someone wants to show something, let them. If it offends you, move on and don't get your knickers in a twist about it (as my British friends say)
