doesn't have to be rocket science, but with a rise in so many allergies and other things you have to look into so much with preparation. but as long as one can read a recipe, they should be ok. anyone who can read these days should be able to teach themselves to cook at least one simple thing i think.

@terribleperson cause they want to sell books and stuff, have to be different than the others.
Alot of this information is in the recipes these days. Especially if u r cooking for people who r lactose intolerant or have seliacs, these recipes get really indepth

@terribleperson I stopped eating grains and sugar so I make bread without it and other recipes, some are really simple.

Actually it seems a lot easier than when I first learned. Microwave ovens and premixed items have meant a lot of short cuts. 😊
@bijouxbroussard many places r getting away from that but i like the way u think. That's how I cook
