what kind of milk are you drinking ? cow milk almond milk or other ?

I am back to cow milk but I hardly drink any because..I don't.

I like the almond drink ,cashew is lovely also . Love real milkcreams etc but it gives me a lot of mucus ,post nasal sometimes .
Some sort of food allergy ,wonder if it’s just some Additive? Sometimes I’m fine
