What does the word "alsome" mean? It's not a word I learned in school and it's not in my dictionary.

All,always and some are well known.Words on papers are not as important as it used to be in communication.
Voice chat,pictures,videos are more commonly used.
It's acceptable to be spelt as alsome in some cases.

As a word to feelings,awesome is open to changes.
