Who or what do you turn to when you need to find some peace?

I either stay in watch a film. Or go for a drive out near a beach and soak up the views and think. Or even a nice walk alone somewhere quiet does it for me.

@Nat15 It's nice if the weathers crap just to sit in the car and watch the waves crash. And I look after a dog sometimes who lovvvves walking in the woods. Jumping in the streams and rivers etc lol.
