Who or what do you turn to when you need to find some peace?

I retreat to some natural place, and possibly stay there 1 day or 2, of course only with my child. It's wonderful to feel that quietness... And the sounds of nature... Birds ..even your mind becomes quiet. I even take some time off sw. ☺
