What's the ultimate meat dish?

I have to say that it doesn't get more ultimate in meat terms than a bacon cheeseburger. Any other claims?

I love bacon cheeseburgers too but I think the ultimate meat dish has to be Beef Wellington - very expensive fillet steak, still bloody, wrapped in flaky pastry 🤗
