Have you ever actually thought you were going to die?

And I don't mean a near miss in a car or something. I'm talking about life threatening injuries when you really didn't think you were gonna make it.

I bumped the side of my head and left this world for a short time when I was 14, it wouldn't have bothered me to leave for good then.

While in the hospital, I never thought that, I think believing I'd live is what might have saved me.
