That may be true but with wind , water, carrying the fallout.

@FelixLegion do you think the fallout is going to stay in one place. Even a volcano ash covers a big area . I think I could start out today with only what I can carry and live off the land fairly easy. I have around here . But you can't fight radiation fallout I don't think.

The problem is the deterrent can only get so strong . When someone's back is against the wall they don't care anymore. Or one crazy person or one miss cue could start something .@FelixLegion
