Did you try the amonia/towel/iron method. It has to be a white towel.
@Fungirlmmm i just saw a video on YouTube about this. I saw hydrogen peroxide in the video though. Either should work?

@Freudianslip13 I know the ammonia method works because my nephew spilled koolaid on my light beige carpet. It took it out. It took me a few days of ironing that towel on it but eventually it came clean. I would think peroxide would bleach the carpet so be careful.
