If I had to pick just one favorite book, then according to my current mood, it would probably be Oswald Spengler's The Decline of the West: A Morphology of World-History.
I think the last book I finished cover-to-cover was Tim Marshall's Prisoners of Geography: Ten Maps That Explain Everything About the World, though I feel like I'm forgetting about something more recent than that (I'm usually reading a lot of books all at once, so it's hard to keep track of what I finished last).
The main book I have been reading the last few days is Brian Clegg's Are Numbers Real?: The Uncanny Relationship of Mathematics and the Physical World.

I actually haven't, but I've heard about them. I recall at least the first being widely-discussed a few years back.
Recently, the only book I have time for is my own book! That and my university books, but they don't really count. :)

@dragonfly46 Is it better than the tv adaptation?

I have not seen the TV show. Books are usually better. @Peet2x16
