Can a job interviewer ask to check your phone?

I don't think so, but some do check out your social media profiles to determine if you are a good fit for the job or not.

Not quite old enough to work without a permit yet. But as far as I know, no. Anyone can ask of course. But if they say it's mandatory, It's a violation of privacy.
