Do you get that feeling where you don't want to actively kill yourself but you just want to be dead somehow?

I have before. And then I remind myself that my soul is here to learn certain lessons that it couldn’t if I were dead. There’s no way I’m throwing away the progress I’ve made in this lifetime because I don’t want to have to start over!
