how do I leave SW, for real?

I've tried many times and answer their questions, but I don't see any way confirm or complete the process. If I click on a reason, it gives me a response and then carries on as if nothing happened. Even if I click "never" for when I want to reactivate, there 's still no way I can see to complete the process.

You click cancel on one of the boxes after you click your reason for wanting to leave.

@Whys0serious I tried to leave too, and never saw a cancel button on the last page of the questions and arguments for staying, etc.

@SW-User After you choose your reason for leaving a wee box should come up saying something like “why not try do this instead of leaving” and instead of clicking continue, click cancel.

I see how to do it. For the benefit of others, before going, i'll just say i got to the page where SW demands a reason for leaving and then gives you a choice of continuing or canceling
