Humans created gods to alleviate their fears and to inflict fear on others.

"god" the one of the monsters made humans on this dragon made land with a once lovely balance of predator and prey, of life and death, of peace and war. He made it because he was sick of how chaoticly perfect it was working, it worked like a clock. Every mating season every creature became bigger, stronger, smarter, faster, and with more traits gained by prey, predators who had those above could live. They were ever getting smarter in the true way of smart...but that all changed when humans came here. Humans are naturally prey, yet they were given the way to make weapons to kill. Predators kill for food, prey kill out of defense...humans are the ladder. Humans kill out of fear, we dragons all be it peaceful were killed by humans out of fear, same with the wolves, coyote, now iguanas are being shot down...and for what reason? It's all fear. Humans act like they're so damn special but they're not

because suffering builds character especially conscious self induced suffering, the only place on earth that qualifies as a paradise where all needs are met would be in a zoo, and in captivity we see animals who have never attacked a human in the wild like whales and dolphins, using deception in order to kill just one human, purely out of spite, while others like great whites just die outright.

this is what paradise is, a cage where no one has any room to grow, they become stagnated and disillusioned. .

I've been told some answers, but I don't think they're complete.

Here goes.

We were created for fellowship. The only good way for us to exist is with God. Only you can't have real fellowship with people of they have no choice. God gave us choice.
So there was an option to leave God, that is to sin. The forbidden fruit. When man walked away from God, we were damaged, because we were no longer connected to the One giving life.

It's a bit of a theoretical answer, but I hope it helps a little. :)

We are flawed yet He still reaches us with His love. He lets us suffer simply so we can grow and have a strong desire to reach out to Him and give all of our struggles to Him

I am getting ready to write a book on just that subject.
