It's about -1 here in North Dakota. I'm wearing heavy flannel pj pants, a long sleeve flannel shirt, and a warm flannel robe with the hood over my head. I also have fluffy slippers. It's sooo cold.

if its that cold i recommend renovation looking at your furnace ducks and window ceiling for any drafts and adding insulation that would fix the problem for good
