The [b]laws[/b] we have regarding insurance coverage, inheritance, child custody and medical consent are what would have to be changed to accommodate more than one active spouse if polygamy (or polyandry) became legal in most Western countries. [b]Nothing[/b] whatsoever to do with [b]religion[/b].
