Regarding stupidity
Not taking into account the people with brain/mental problems that affects their ability to think: Are 'stupid' people stupid because they are like that, or because they chose ignorance rather than knowledge?

Its not that simple
They chose to fill their time with mind numbing activities such as walking around and having a laugh with their friends, partying and playing games.

The scary thing is, sometimes I think it's me who is in the fog. Maybe I am. Maybe everyone is.

@PhantasmaMechanica Perhaps we all are in one way or another, but there are different types of fogs. As an example: I believe that people who haven't accepted God into their heart lives in a type of fog.
