At Christmas, do you ever stop and think of people that are not family or friends, but have been good to you, and give them a gift or card?

I gave our work cleaning lady a gift tonight before I left. She works very hard and I think people forget about people like her.

i feel guilty because there are so many people like that and resources are not unlimited. Invariably, there is one person i forget and then i feel bad until new year's
