What do you feel eternity is as a form?

A circle? Is it completely linear with repeating plot points? What about a spiral?

I appreciate any thoughts on this. 🙂

Fourth dimensional world where Law of Cause and Effect don't take place.
What would that look like in a representation? Free space I guess.

A free space with no space to move? 🤔

Thank you for the comment!@MasterofNone

@SunlitXHermit Free space would mean everywhere to move without any consequences because you aren't distorting any other portion of space imo hopefully.

Ah, I understood that part. Sorry, I should have clarified.

It’s just that “hopefully” is what I agree with, too. According to what Physicists currently say, things within the fourth dimension actually can affect a 3-D one, just in a minute instance/occurrence. It could be like a holographic copy of what is currently here based only upon the allowed material. So, everything would be included within it, but on such a minute scale it would seem empty? I like it!

Thank you for sharing such an image! 😆

@SunlitXHermit Yeah. Well I didn't consider the 3-D world in the eternity model. 4-D definitely should affect the 3-D world iff you want to explain God and other things lol but in that case 3-D world has to be an imitation of 4-D world and not the other way around.

Moreover, it's just about opinions. Physicists could just say anything. Do you know that some physicist claims to have proven that Universe isn't expanding and that the observation previously made was wrong which the observers themselves have accepted. Now this is serious. It totally challenges the existence of dark matter and dark energy which won the Nobel Prize! No wonder why the papers against the theory of dark matter aren't published by top research publishers because till date there has been so much effort on research on dark energy.
My purpose is just to say that it's all pretty vague and I'm just playing with all ideas lol

Quite the insight! I see what you mean. Against order, any sort of resemblance to the previous would be in reverse, resulting in including the most minute. That’s what I meant when I said “eternity as a form.” Now that I think about it, maybe the most accurate representation would be something akin to the Tesseract. Just like eternity, it would comprise of everything that occurs within it, as we can’t really mention any #-D without including the subset dimensions. Sort of like mentioning history. We would have to include every point in time passed (and in some theories will pass 😂). Plus, it would include pockets that contain a certain set, yet still be encompassed by it.

And yes, I have heard definitely about the whole “To expand, or not to expand” dilemma. It has lead to quite the shake-up! Also, I agree with the sentiment about playing with ideas! It pretty much lines up with my motto of “Question everything. Accept Nothing. Consider most things.” ☺

Thank you for the intriguing reply!

@SunlitXHermit I wasn't thinking about Tesseract exactly because it is just an extension of cube in some 4-D vector space. When I said 4-D I was imagining 3-D with time as a dimension.
But really Tesseract is a great thought! I'll think about it lol because a change to the tesseract would definitely affect the individual cubes lol what a great analogy to help represent eternity!

Ah, sorry again! Just another moment I could have clarified myself further. My bad, I should have included that I did not mean a tesseract exactly, I just didn’t have the name for such an object. It would certainly be close in working design, though. So, your last sentence is exactly what I had in mind! 🙂

Also, quite seriously, thank you very much for your series of replies! It was fun! 😁

@SunlitXHermit It was fun indeed. Like to think and use words in precise scientific terms. Gives me a nerdgasm! And hope that doesn't sound creepy lol

@MasterofNone
Not creepy at all! 😂

It’s certainly an apt descriptor.
I hope you have a good day! 😁

@SunlitXHermit Good day to you too!
