Can i do youtube with a lazyeyelid?

I know this sounds stupid but i want to do mukbang videos and talk to people because i love food. I feeel like on video i dont have a normal face when i blink my eye doesnt close all the way because of eyelid correction surgery. I always stop myself from my dreams or being on camera because of my lazy eyelid. I do have a pretty face and its not noticeable until i start blinking. Giving my eyes a uneven wonkey eye appearance but if i just stare or look at something no one could tell. I also have a cool idea about finding food shaped sunglasses and then do my show.
