@Allelse an old lady with dementia was hitting out and caught her arm on something sharp. now the only thing that bothers me are things like veins, arteries and nerves... even the word makes me feel funny. this woman had cut it open so deep you could see a fat artery or vein and she was still flinging her arms around and kept catching it... i really struggled with that one.

other than that grade 4 pressure ulcers that go right down to the bone, its literally rotting flesh so you can imagine the smell
