Do you ever reflect on how much you take for granted when you’re sick?

I’m always grateful about being sick

I had a migraine episode a couple weeks ago, omg. I can’t even put into words how awful it was. People should appreciate silence and darkness more often!

Right? Breathing seems like such an amazing gift when you're sick.

I never realized how much I used my back until I pulled it and every little movement hurt
