About how much would it cost to fix or replace at a place on a 2 year old phone? I don't know what's wrong, but my phone won't charge it just turns on and the battery symbol shows up then it turns off so don't think I need a new battery.

I had that happen to a phone. It's the charger port is damaged. It costs approx $80 for a Samsung Galaxy to repair.
