Take a deep breath and see what others expect and why. If you don't agree with their expectations then ignore them.

@Nat15 Create your own expectations that you can meet and do not buy into what you are not capable of. Share with the family your personal expectations. If your family still demands more, then require them to facilitate your abilities to what they consider fair expectations.
