Serenitree · F
@SW-User There is. But you have to upload it to your pictures.
It's good enough for me.

Hit the three lines at the top right of your screen... it opens a menu. Go to the bottom to the Log Out option and choose “yes”

It’s bs as they do not do anything about it even if you report it

Ooook then...that’s your comments out of the way, atleast the other ones had a point
Serenitree · F
@GHOST321 I had a point too. My point was, that so many people have nothing but negative things to say about the site, and it seems as if the only reason they stay, is to let everyone know just how much they hate it. If you aren't one of them, I apologize. But as this is the first time I've met you on here, and what I saw was very negative, I thought you were another negative member with only complaints.
So, if you're getting no satisfaction going through the formal steps, you take it straight to Nuno. If that nets you nothing, send an email to support@similarworlds.com.
I have no idea what kind of posts you'd be reporting. With your settings set at adult, you're going to see a lot of things I never see. And perhaps, with your setting, admin looks at it, using different criteria for judging whether or not it's a valid complaint. Some of my reports have been about people posting adult content without marking it as such. The response I get in those cases, is that the report was valid, and the action taken was a warning to the person and a change to mature on the post.
They don't always suspend or expel the member. Unless they persist, they just get warned.

I was talking about your points when I stated valid points but thank you @Serenitree]

It's the flag.

But does anyone monitor the flagging of posts? Wasn't that part of the demise of EP? There wasn't enough people to manage it and litigation beckoned?
SophieC · 31-35, F
@Serenitree I'd agree everything is subjective, does SW have a stance of what is or isn't acceptable? And if something SW would find unacceptable was posted on say Christmas Day, are there admin working to choose whether or not to remove it?
Serenitree · F
@SophieC There is always someone here moderating. If you report something on Christmas Day, it could take a couple of days before any action is taken. Mods don't have the power to remove things unless they are specifically forbidden. The rest have to be reviewed by admin and a decision made.
I'm doing a bit of guessing here as I am not a mod nor an admin. VIP simply means I pay a membership because I like posting pictures with my stories and my replies. I am allowed a lot more pics because I chose to pay for the privilege.

@SophieC Sophie, the reason EP stopped having so many mods, was because they were having legal problems, not the other way round.

Flag it!
Serenitree · F
That little flag is your report button
Serenitree · F
@SophieC a box opens telling you to pick an option and you need to explain exactly what the offence is. Send it in and when they've reviewed your complaint they will do what they see fit and they will notify you of their decision and what action was taken.
SophieC · 31-35, F
@Serenitree But could you have thousands of people clicking this, does SW have the staff to monitor it 24/7?
Serenitree · F
@SophieC okay. First, they have the adult, mildly adult, and non adult setting. That takes care of a lot of problems. Second, there simply aren't that many members that will be flagging stuff, yet. We still have a relatively small membership. Third, if you feel there will be thousands of flags the will be ignored, you must find this site pretty bad.
Fernie · F
Just curious...what do you find questionable enough to report?

You have to click the flag icon on the bottom corner of the post.
