There's an app that blocks/limits your access to the major social networks. It has a timer that you can delay instant access or limit the number of minutes you can be on it at a time. I can't remember the name though.

@countrygirl9 I'm looking for it. I used to have it on my personal phone before I went to just the company phone. I'll look at my old phone when I get home and see if it is still on there.
