In the long term does SW increase feelings of loneliness or decrease?

I think it can be both. When you make connections it feels good and if the connections you've made here turn out to be hollow or short term and on realisation of that, it can give you a feeling of increased loneliness.

@SW-User The trouble is much as you might want it to be different, when its anonymous and you can never meet the person, is it a real friendship?
