Getting the old schedule back next year

I guess they figured out that a 12-hour continuous schedule doesn't help speed up production. I missed my 8-hour days...

My work place went through that phase a couple of years ago. They thought, hey lets get everyone working 12 hours a day for three days in a row rather than 8 hours for five days. It was a disaster as in the last couple of hours everyone was bored and falling asleep.

@SW-User And we would either be completely slammed with work, or we wouldn't even have enough work to last us the day. There was no in-between

@Stardust519 I think sometimes their ideas are great in theory but don't work in practice.
