I'm simply wondering if anything is wrong

I constantly experience mood swings for reasons such as just seeing a simple picture, sometimes not even with any reason. I could be happy one second and a second later I'm sad or angry, along with having some sudden feelings of being extremely happy and careless, could this be linked to me suffering from autism or something else?
